Case study of Mrs. Carmen, an old woman who lives alone with difficulties going down to the street in a flat without an elevator. A spacious house that once served to house many people is now practically empty, Carmen moves between the room, the kitchen and the bathroom. The stairs are the barrier and secluded, Carmen can only afford to go out once a week to find the essentials.
